Exemplary outcome with the refurbishing of my very large outdoor merbau timber deck area.
After a casual conversation with John over the phone, he went out of his way to drop by my place on the same day to advise on the current condition of the deck and what needed to be done. It was very evident that he knew exactly what he was talking about and had a high level of technical knowledge.
I was impressed with his keenness to help me as well as his very friendly personality.
He arrived to do the job on the day and time originally agreed to (unlike some tradesmen I’ve dealt with).
He was well organised with his gear and got straight into the job without delay.
The end result was absolutely brilliant and looked even better than when first stained by the carpenter that originally built the deck.
I’ll have no hesitation getting John back for work on a second deck area and would highly commend him to anyone thinking of similar work.
