I contracted John from Prestige Floor Sanding to sand a timber parking structure and two large decks. The decks were twenty years old, covered in deteriorated paint and were well and truly due for refurbishment. Due to the size of the job and other repairs that were being done by other contractors, John coordinated the works to be done in three stages.
